1 GENERAL

The prices offered are usually based on terms and conditions that are intended to reflect our optimum trading position, and thus represent a cost effective solution to a particular requirement.

2 PRICES

All prices are quoted in pounds sterling unless otherwise specified. They are exclusive of any and all import, customs, sales or trading, corporate profit, personal income or social security taxes, dues, levies or similar charges that may be made on any equipment delivered to or our staff performing services in the destination territory.

All prices quoted are given in good faith, but we will not be held responsible for incorrectly quoted prices which are caused by errors of any kind.

3 PAYMENT TERMS

Payment terms are as stated in any offer made. We reserve the right to withdraw credit facilities without notice where circumstances make it necessary.

Part shipments must be paid for under our normal terms of trading unless there is an agreement to do otherwise.

4 DAMAGED, INCORRECT OR SHORT SUPPLIED GOODS

We rigorously check consignments before dispatch such that there should be no discrepancies or damage upon delivery to the customer's freight forwarder.

However in the event of a problem, customer must notify us within 7 days of receiving the goods if they are damaged, incorrect or short supplied.

5 VALIDITY

Notification of the validity of any price is included within the offer, but in the absence of any specific period is usually 30 days. No validity period can be given for budgetary quotations.

6 DELIVERY

Within an offer we will endeavour to include the current delivery time. However, this is subject to change and will be confirmed on receipt of an order.

We will endeavour to deliver goods in timely fashion, but customers must make it clear if we are subject to delivery penalties. We are normally prepared to supply to specific dates with associated penalties providing that the customer makes it clear in the outset that this is their intention.

However, where we do not have control of some aspects of the supply within these date, we will not be held responsible for matters beyond our control.

7 AMENDMENTS OR CANCELLATION OF ORDERS

We will do our very best to accommodate any order amendment or cancellation. However, where goods are being manufactured specifically to a customers' individual requirements, or solely for that customer this may not be possible. We reserve the right therefore, depending upon when an order was amended or cancelled, to invoice the customer for anything amount up to the full cost of the goods.

8 EXPORT-IMPORT LICENCES

If the equipment or any part of equipment becomes subject to export control, the offer and any resultant contract shall be subject to the granting of the necessary export licence or permit. Where the regulations of the destination territory require import licence, permit or documentation, then the customer shall be responsible for obtaining such in due time.

9 WARRANTY

Equipment is usually supplied with a warranty against defective design, materials or workmanship for a specified period from acceptance. This is providing that it has been operated and maintained in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions, that no unauthorised modifications to either hardware, software or firmware have been made, and that it has not been subject to conditions which may cause either mechanical, electrical or electronic damage. No product liability is accepted.

We will endeavour to return equipment within 30 days of its arrival in the UK.

10 SOFTWARE

Customers should familiarise themselves with any licencing agreements and conditions of use statements if software is supplied with any equipment or separately. We should be notified within 7 days if the customer is not satisfied he can comply with these.

11 SERVICES

The prices for any services offered in the destination territory are exclusive of all air fares and accommodation of our staff unless otherwise specified.

12 CIVIL WORKS

Customer should operate supplied equipment within its specified electrical and environmental parameters to ensure it's long term well being.

Any and all civil works and/or building modifications that are needed to house any of the equipment whether specified by us or the customer shall be the responsibility of the customer.

13 TITLE AND RISK

Risk in the equipment shall pass to the client on delivery to the freight forwarding company or wherever otherwise agreed. Title to the equipment shall pass to the customer on payment of the full amount.

14 ENVIRONMENTAL CONSIDERATIONS

We try to support practices which in their own small way have the least effect on the environment. We also encourage others to do the same. To this end we will where possible reuse packaging materials, minimise waste generation and use road transport and other resourses in the most efficient way conducive with our contract with our customers.

15 LANGUAGE AND LAW

Any resultant contract from offers made will be in the English language and subject to the laws of England and the jurisdiction of the English courts unless otherwise agreed.
